Archiving

Theologia in Loco has access to electronic backup and preservation of the content of its journals through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) according to the Publisher Manifest. The PKP Preservation Network (PN) provides free preservation services for any OJS journal that meets a few basic criteria.

The LOCKSS program provides seamless, unrestricted access, decentralized and distributed preservation, and preservation of the original, authentic content. Journals that are not a part of any other digital preservation service (like CLOCKSS or Portico) can be saved for a long time through the PKP PN. For further information regarding the PKP PN (an early discussion document), please refer to the high-level overview.
